FrontPath Network Doctor and Specialist Directory
This is websites does not require a "log-in" or any submission of information. The FrontPath Health Coalition is the network directory for the City Insurance program. All employees are covered by this network, with the exception of Firefighters and Teamsters who are covered on different plans through their bargaining agreements. This directory will provide information on family practice doctors and specialists of all kinds, in the regional area that the City of Toledo will cover.

Delta Dental Directory
This website does not require "log-in" or submission of personal information beyond your location. All employees are covered by this network, with the exception of Firefighters and Teamsters who are covered on different plans through their bargaining agreements.
The Delta Dental Plan of Ohio company provides the City with three discount networks, Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental PPO, and DeltaCare USA. While City employees and their dependents can go to any dentist in any of these networks, the deepest discounts - for both the employee and the City - are the dentists in the Delta Dental Premier network.
