Toledo 20/20 Future Land Use Plan Update
The 20/20 Implementation Committee is currently updating the land use plan for the Toledo 20/20 Comprehensive Plan. The Toledo 20/20 Plan provides a set of recommendations to guide the future growth and development of the city. This effort is an attempt to bring the land use plan into conformance with existing neighborhood plans and emerging land use trends. The Toledo 20/20 Plan establishes the overall character, extent and location of various land uses and serves as a guide to communicate the policies of the Toledo 20/20 Comprehensive Plan to citizens, the business community, developers and others involved in the development of the City of Toledo.
If you have questions regarding this update please call 419-245-1200 for more information.
