Residents are offered bulky pick-up free of charge once per quarter. Additional bulky pick-up is available throughout the year for a $45 fee.
Scheduling Bulky Pick-up
Residents requiring bulky pick-up should call customer service at 419-936-2511 to schedule collection. Calls must be received by 4 p.m. 2 business days (48 hours) prior to your regularly scheduled collection day.
What items CAN be collected in bulky pick-up?
- Loose items of five (5) or more such as lumber, brush, etc are to be tied in bundles not exceeding six (6) feet in length and two (2) feet in diameter and not weighing more than 40 lbs.
- Rugs/carpet rolled and tied at both ends and no longer than six (6) feet in length.
- Couches, furniture, large TVs, etc.
What items are NOT accepted for bulky pick-up?
- No tires
- No hazardous waste (oil, paint, chemicals)
- No building or construction material from commercial work
- No major automobile components
- No white-ware items such as stoves, refrigerators, hot water tanks, washers or dryers
