Finance staff to present city revenue and spending at town hall meetings
As the City of Toledo looks to finalize the 2013 proposed operating budget, a series of town hall meetings have been scheduled in cooperation with members of city council. The meetings offer citizens an opportunity to gather more information about city expenditures, the limitations of various funds, and the trends projected in tax revenues for the coming year.
While town hall meetings have been held in east and central Toledo there remain three meetings in January, including:
- Monday, January 14th; 6-8 p.m.; Reynolds Corners branch library, 4833 Dorr St.
- Tuesday, January 15th; 6-8 p.m.; Grace Community Church; 3700 Dorr St.
- Monday, January 28th; 6-8 p.m.; West Toledo branch library; 1320 W. Sylvania Ave.
