Citizens asked to call in reports of potholes
The City of Toledo’s Division of Streets, Bridges and Harbor will work on a weekend pothole-filling blitz to address the damage done to city streets as a result of the recent winter freeze/thaw cycles. City crews fill potholes based mainly on constituent calls to report problem areas. The division is asking citizens to call Friday and Saturday with their pothole complaints as part of a weekend long effort to address a critical mass of these road concerns.
For this special weekend effort, citizens are asked to contact the division’s dispatchers at 419-936-2523 to report potholes. The number will be answered over the weekend to relay reports to field crews. Citizens may also call 419-936-BUMP during the regular work week or report potholes online at www.toledo.oh.gov.
