Property Maintenance/Nuisance Abatement
All of us have a different idea of what makes a good neighbor. One thing that everyone can agree on is a nuisance free property. The City of Toledo has enacted standards of living that seek to maintain property values, prevent disputes among neighbors and allow residents to enjoy their homes and neighborhoods. Block Party:
Neighbors planning a block party must submit a petition signed by a 70% majority of fronting households in order to close a street for the party. Block parties may be held between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Petitions must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event. Click here for a copy of the petition form.
