Pay my water/sewer bill:
City of Toledo utility customers may pay their water/sewer bills online, by mail, in person at the customer service center or register for the automatic payment plan. Click here for more information about all of these options
More Time to Pay Utility Bills
Beginning with bills printed today, customers will have a little more time to pay utility bills from the Department of Public Utilities. Payments will now be due in 15 business days, rather than 15 calendar days. The additional 3-4 day window will respond to customers who informed us that extending statement due dates would help account for postage handling.
Extended Due Dates joins the Voluntary Monthly Budget Program option as another effort to enhance customer service within the Department of Public Utilities. For more information, please call Customer Service Representatives at 419-245-1800 on normal business days between 8 am and 5:30 pm.
THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR CUSTOMER!
