The purpose of the meeting is to discuss:

1. Request for a Special Use Permit for a proposed wind turbine for the property located at 1201 Buckeye Street. (SUP-6006-10) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions and waivers.

2. Request for an amendment to a Special Use Permit for a convenience store for 24-hour operation for the property located at 2953-2963Tremainsville Road. (SUP-6002-10) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval.

3. Request for an amendment to a Special Use Permit for a convenience store for 24-hour operation for the property located at 1444 W. Alexis Road. (SUP-6003-10) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval.

4. Request for a Special Use Permit for a Type A Daycare for the property located at 1611 N. Erie Street. (SUP-6004-10) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval.
