Service Request Finder

Welcome to our Service Request Finder. You can track the status of a service request by searching either by an address or by a service request ID number.

We’ve made a lot of new enhancements to our asset management tracking system. You are now able to click on an existing service request and see the problem type being reported, the current status and resolution of the service request, including if a work order was created by the city.  Service requests prior to October 1, 2016 may appear as a blue dot.
