TOLEDO WHEELS Program
Are you having difficulty finding reliable transportation to work?
If so, you may be eligible for the TOLEDO WHEELS Program. Having adequate transportation can be a significant barrier to a person's employment success and general quality of life. The TOLEDO WHEELS Program addresses this gap by assisting already working individuals/families in acquiring more reliable transportation to gain access to better employment and become self-sufficient.

The Division of Housing’s Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program is CURRENTLY CLOSED and is not accepting applications for housing code repairs at this time. A notice will be posted on this website when the program will begin accepting applications.
Charitable Donation Container – REGISTRATIONS NOW REQUIRED
The City of Toledo enacted Toledo Municipal Code Section 962 which defines the City’s “Charitable Donation Container Registration” process. The Ordinance establishes rules and regulations pertaining to the approval and placement of containers along with a required yearly registration fee of $100 per location. The registration fee is due by January 1st of each year and is valid for one (1) calendar year or the remaining portion of the calendar year in which the registration was initially required.
