Our work includes housing repair, creation, and preservation of affordable housing, fostering home-ownership, and federal funding oversight. This important work is undertaken with many nonprofit partners and neighborhood organizations.

Projects located in a low-to-moderate income census tract may be eligible for special incentives and grants.
