SECTION 106 HISTORIC REVIEWS
The properties listed below have been found to be listed or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Under Section 106 of the Naitonal Historic Preservation Act of 1966, the Department of Neighborhoods is responsible for reviewing projects that involve the rehabilitation of these properties using HUD federal funds. Some or all of the work may have an impact on their corresponding historic properties or historic districts that they lie within.
As part of the Section 106 Process, we are inviting public comment concerning these properties. If you are interested in learning more about the specific work being proposed on any of these projects, or have any comments and/or suggestions about them, send correpondence by e-mail to the address below.
All correspondence muct be received within 30 days of the "Date Posted". Any correspondence received within the allotted time frame will be carefully reviewed, with any comments and suggestions taken into account before the project is approved. In any correspondence, please provide your name, e-mail, phone number and the nature of your interest in subject property. Please allow up to seven (7) days for a response.
