We're partnering with organizations like TMACOG, TARTA, Lucas County Public Library, Metroparks, and Toledo Bikes to participate in Bike to Work Week, happening May 16-20. Residents can take alternative modes of transportation during the week and participate in daily challenges!
How to Participate
Plan Your Ride
Toledo Lucas County Public Libraries and Metroparks Toledo are providing park and ride locations. Bicyclists can park closer to their destination and bike the rest of the route, use the links below to find a library or park near you to park and ride!
Track Your Rides
Riding your bike isn't only a hobby, biking is part of multimodal transportation options for people to utilize. Bicyclists are encouraged to track their miles over the week to see how biking can also be a choice of transportation.
Post Your Rides
There will be daily challenges bikers can post throughout the week. Post your daily photos with the hastag #RideTOL to be featured on this page and social media! The daily challenge is below.

Snap your arrival to work via bike - Tuesday
Ride to your favorite coffee shop and post a picture - Wednesday
Take a picture with your bike at a Toledo City Park - Thursday
Snap a shot of you with urban agriculture you found on a ride - Friday
Explore the local art and mural scene by bike and post a shot - Saturday
Toledo Waterways! Bonus Points in you capture a kayak or boat in the picture - Sunday
