We are hosting a series of workshops to assist residents with their applications for rental assistance, mortgage assistance, and the Rooftops Repair Program. All meetings will be at various Toledo Lucas County Public library locations. There, City of Toledo staff will be available to assist with the application process and answer questions regarding housing or community development.

Rental Assistance

Receive up to 15 months of assistance, including current and future rent, past due rent, late fees, new renter fees, security deposits, utility deposits, and utility payments.

This program is designed to assist approximately 150 eligible households with up to six consecutive months of payments, including fees and penalties.
