Multiple large industrial paint and blast booths, within the new facility, will provide opportunities locally to compete and service large scale industrial coating projects that had previously been performed outside the region. Advanced Industrial Services is committed to the safety of its employees, adhering to all local building codes, following all EPA and OSHA regulations and providing its customers with a quality union product for years to come,” said Bradley Viers, Branch Manager of Advanced Industrial Services, LLC.
“The City is honored to be part of this project. The east side of Toledo has historically offered the community employment in the industrial sector, however over the past several decades there has been a pattern of disinvestment into this important part of our City. It is a strong sign for the economy of Toledo that these opportunities are coming back again,” said Mayor Hicks-Hudson.
Helping facilitate this relocation was Stephanie Kuhlman and Dallas Paul of Industrial Developers, LTD and Lynette Reichle of Reichle Klein. Industrial Developers is a development company located in Northwood, Ohio with projects throughout the United States. Industrial Developers LTD partnered with a group of local Investors to purchase the facility, which created the opportunity for the relocation of Advanced Industrial Services. Nelson Shaffer, Citizens National Bank, provided the financing for the project. “Industrial Developers LTD and its investor partners continue to look for opportunities that create jobs and bring quality companies and facilities to Northwest Ohio and particularly the City of Toledo. Bringing Advanced Industrial Services LLC to the 123 Oakdale facility along with our development of the Overland Parkway Industrial Park, speaks to these goals,” said Ed Harmon.
