City Crews Continue Snow and Ice Patrol

“The noon shift will be working on touching up those phase 1 and 2 routes and working on plowing and salting phase 3 routes,” Mr. Mikolajczyk said. “With tonight’s drop in temperature below freezing, crews will stay on to deal with any icy slick locations along with restocking the salt barns and equipment maintenance in preparation to switch back to leaf collection.”

The city administration will continue to monitor the weather. The next wave of significant snow is forecast for Thursday, when 1 to 3 inches of snow is predicted.
