Join us at Scott High School on Saturday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Residents interested in buying their first home are encouraged to attend. We will have thirty vendors including lenders, realtors, and financial opportunity centers.
You'll learn about:
- down payment and closing cost assistance
- qualifying for a mortgage loan
- shopping for a home

2024 Grand Prize Winner
Alliyah Hudson, 27, walked away from the 2024 Homeownership Fair with $10,000 for down payment and closing cost assistance. Hudson said that she was shaking with excitement when she heard her name called.
“I’ve been searching for a home since last year, and it's been a journey because they're so expensive, and I don't have the funds to, you know, just go buy a house or even put a deposit down on a house," Hudson, a single mother of 5, said.
