Dates to Know

Beginning October 11, 2024 at 3 p.m.

  • Our online billing portal will be unavailable while upgrades are made. We recommend downloading a copy of your bills before this date.
  • Autopay customers will no longer be enrolled and must manually re-enroll in the new portal.
  • Paperless billing customers may receive a paper bill for the month of October and may not be able to access their bill online.
  • If your bill is due before the new portal is available, please find another way to pay your bill.
  • If you need help finding your account number, please call 419-245-1800.

Beginning October 21, 2024

  • MyTOL Customer Portal is available for all customers to register.
  • Autopay customers will need to re-enroll in the new portal. Once you've registered, you will be asked to set up your profile and your bank information will be pre-populated for your convenience.
  • Mobile app can be downloaded from both Google Play store and Apple app store.
