This website is created and maintained by the City of Toledo (City) for the benefit of the public. The purpose of the site is to provide an additional venue to the public in providing certain City services in an electronic manner.
Information collected from any user of the City’s website or online service shall be unused or disclosed for official purposes only, or to comply with city, state, or federal law. The City will not intentionally disclose any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) of its web users to any third-party, unless otherwise required by law.
The City recognizes and respects individuals’ right to web or online privacy, including individuals’ right to privacy under certain state and federal law. The City will use its best efforts to adhere to the mandates of such laws as HIPAA, Social Security Number Privacy Act, National Crime Prevention and Privacy Act, Child Identification and Protection Act, City Income Tax Code, Crime Victims Act, etc. Alternatively, the City also recognizes and respects all state and federal law which may require the City to disclose certain information. Engage Toledo Mobile App
The City of Toledo is using SeeClickFix, an online and mobile service request system, to power its mobile app and reporting forms. SeeClickFix is an application that allows Toledo residents to report non-emergency related issues. SeeClickFix can be used via the Web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. SeeClickFix is a public application developed by SeeClickFix and CivicPlus. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be displayed publicly.
