FirstEnergy seeks a rate increase that would generate approximately $190.3 million of additional annual revenue across its Cleveland Illuminating Company, Ohio Edison and Toledo Edison service territories.
After its review of FirstEnergy’s records and application, PUCO’s staff recommends an annual revenue increase of $8.5 million.
