Fresh Start is a limited-time program for residential customers with a past-due balance as of June 1.

1. Pay what you can — up to 50% of your past-due balance — and we will erase the same amount from your balance.
2. Any remaining balance can go on an interest-free payment plan for up to 24 months.
3. Customers already enrolled in a payment are still eligible, but will need to cancel their existing plan first.
