Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, Council Member Nick Komives, chair of council’s water quality and sustainability committee, and other city officials will hold a news conference at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 29 on the 22nd floor of One Government Center regarding the Toledo Department of Public Utilities debt forgiveness program. Masks are required.
