Public Notice: Expansion Of Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 To Include Census Tract 32.00

The City of Toledo intends to undertake housing projects with Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3) funds in Census Tract (CT) 32.00. CT 32.00 is currently not included in the NSP3 target areas for housing projects. The City of Toledo therefore intends to include CT 32.00 as one of the target areas to enable the proposed housing projects to proceed.
