Notice of Funding Availability

The City of Toledo's Housing and Community Development Department announces the availability of funds for three HOME programs:

• $800,000 for HOME: Homeowner Rehabilitation Management
• $2.6 million for HOME: Rental Housing Development
• $423,915 for HOME: Homebuyer Units Development.

Non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and public agencies, and partnerships are eligible to apply for the Affordable Rental Housing Development funds.

The City will host an application workshop on Zoom on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Applications must be submitted online via the Zoom Grants platform. No paper or emailed applications will be accepted. Deadline to submit applications is September 6, 2024 at 4:45 p.m. The complete Notice of Funding Availability provides additional information including proposal submittal requirements and evaluation criteria.
