Applicant: City of Toledo, Parks Division

Summary: Applicant requests a variance on fill restrictions in order to build shoals in existing floodway in order to provide natural habitats for native fauna.

The applicants must appear and may bring appropriate witnesses to testify on their behalf.

Applicants cannot perform any work prior to BZA approbal and obtaining proper permits from the Building Inspection Department.

This notice serves to inform all Toledo residents of this hearing. Any resident who wishes to state a position for or against the request to appeal the Toledo Municipal Code may attend the hearing in person at One Government Center, 640 Jackson St. – First Floor, Council Chambers
