If you have received a 72-hour code violation notice, and you do not believe the violation exists on your property, you can file an appeal with the Department of Building and Code Compliance within 24 hours.

Note: Filing an appeal does not grant the property owner more time to fix the problem. If you need more time, call Engage Toledo. Inspectors may grant extensions.
