The Commission will consider in-kind matches on a case by case basis. For example, if a neighborhood group installs a new park playground, we may consider that investment as an in-kind match for the grant. In special circumstances Commission will consider donated materials like tools and volunteer hours as in-kind matching contributions that demonstrate stakeholder commitment and neighborhood support. This request must be substantiated with list of contacts, hours committed by volunteers, material list, and a work plan.
