The Office of Community Services, in partnership with the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department, is hosting a series of community cleanups this summer, kicking off on Global Youth Service Day, near the Mott Branch Library and Fire Station 16 on Dorr St. All youth are encouraged to join us as this first cleanup will be hosted by Kid Mayor, Kid Council, and members of the Youth Advisory Board.

• A special tent will be set up in Smith Park for participants to pick up their own trash picker, gloves, and trash bag.
• We encourage youth to join us, with an adult present and after a safety waiver is filled out.
• Pizza will be provided at 11:30am by our community partner, God’s Best Creation: Early Bird Basketball, a youth basketball program in Smith Park.
