The City of Toledo is focused on strategic investment that can make the biggest impact for residents, businesses, and the city as a whole.

Just as a heart pumps blood through the body, our civic arteries are the corridors that can carry the economic vitality of downtown out to our neighborhoods. These streets are the City's gateways, busy commercial areas, and main routes people use every day.
