October 6–10, 2025

Join us for Customer Service Week — a citywide celebration of the dedication, care, and impact of public service in Toledo! This annual event is a chance to recognize the incredible work of City of Toledo employees and strengthen our shared commitment to service.

The City of Toledo defines the Service Mindset as "understanding the needs of our colleagues & community and responding with high-quality solutions."

Our employees live out this value every day, and Customer Service Week is our opportunity to celebrate it together — by connecting with each other, showing appreciation, and giving back through community volunteer opportunities.

This Year’s Theme: Mission: Possible

The official 2025 theme reminds us that every day, City of Toledo employees embark on a mission to make the impossible possible for our residents. Whether it’s solving a problem, lending a hand, or creating a new solution, your service matters.
