Register a team

Teams of 4- 5 COT employees will work together to carve or decorate a pumpkin.

Registration is closed.

Choose a time

• Registered teams will select an available one-hour time slot to decorate or carve their pumpkin.

Note: The EEC will supply the pumpkins.

Decorate a pumpkin

• All pumpkins must be work-appropriate
• Pumpkins may be carved or decorated with paint, markers, or other materials
• Use battery operated lights. No open flames, candles, or hazardous materials
• Pumpkins must be on display at one of the participating COT locations

Note: Pumpkins that do not follow these guidelines will be disqualified.

Pumpkin decorating will take place the week of October 13.

Submit your pumpkin by October 20

• Submit pumpkin no later than 5 p.m. on October 20

Voting period is October 20-27

• Employees will vote via the City of Toledo Employee Facebook page
• One vote per person

Winners announced October 31

• Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
