After a successful pilot program in 2021-2022, the Toledo Neighborhood Capacity Building Institute (TNCBI) program will return for Cohort III in the Fall of 2025 through June 2026 (start date and timeline vary for each track). TNCBI is designed to build support for neighborhood revitalization through engaging select nonprofit organizations to build capacity in strategic areas for effective neighborhood revitalization and sustainability. Community-Based Organizations that are interested in applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding will be required to participate in TNCBI.
Cohort III will include two tracks, with Track 1 focusing on newer organizations under 3 years old and Track 2 focusing on more established organizations over 3 years old.
