Community Development Block Grants are funds that the City of Toledo has to distribute to local organizations doing community development work.

In order to help local organizations build stronger and more sustainable projects and programs, we are offering one-hour-long sessions with team members from the City's Housing and Community Development Department. This opportunity is for organizations that have been in operation as a 501(c)(3) for at least 2 years.

For agencies that have never received CDBG funding:
If you haven't participated in the Toledo Neighborhood Capacity Building Institute, you will need to apply for the next cohort to be eligible to receive CDBG funding.
