2023-2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Application Availability
The City of Toledo announces the availability of federal funds for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) for the 2023 Program Year (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).
CDBG and ESG
CDBG applications will be accepted with a funding priority for the following programs/activities:

| Housing Preservation | Approximately $2,000,000 |
| Public Services (15%) | Approximately $1,100,000 |
Special consideration will be given to Public Services Activities in Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSA’s).
Eligible applicants: 501 (c) 3 organizations, other nonprofits and government agencies (Government Entities/Quasi-Government Agencies (Not-For-Profit).
HOME
HOME applications will be accepted from certified City of Toledo Community Housing and Development Organizations (CHDO) for the following projects that demonstrate a gap in financing, address the City of Toledo's affordable and special populations homeownership needs, and leverage HOME funds with other funding sources.

- The deadline for submitting CDBG and ESG applications is Friday, February 10, 2023 at 4:45 p.m.
- The deadline for submitting the HOME application is Friday, February 10, 2023 at 4:45 p.m.
- Completed applications must be submitted through zoomgrants.
