Hydrogen Fire at 5020 Enterprise

Toledo Fire & Rescue is responding to a hydrogen fire that began at OneH2, located at 5020 Enterprise, around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024. The fire started near the company’s hydrogen tanks, and all employees were safely evacuated.

Firefighters are working to cool the tanks and are closely monitoring the situation with OneH2 representatives. Until the hydrogen tanks are fully emptied and the situation is under control, an evacuation order remains in place for a half-mile radius around the site.

Roads in the area will stay closed until the evacuation order is lifted. Please avoid the area. We will share updates as we receive more information.
