Road Closures Announced for Garmin Marathon Weekend

Wednesday, September 16, 2026

Thousands of runners will take to the streets this Sunday, September 20, for the Garmin Marathon Series—which includes a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K—with courses running through Toledo, Perrysburg, Rossford, and Maumee.

Starting and finishing in downtown Toledo, runners will pass through Hensville, near the Toledo Museum of Art and along the Maumee River — crossing it twice. The course winds through the Glass City Metropark, past the Hollywood Casino and into the Rossford, Perrysburg, and Maumee communities.

Registration is still open, so don't miss your chance to participate!

To keep participants and spectators safe, several road closures will be in place beginning Friday, September 18. Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan extra travel time and use alternate routes where possible.
