Road Closures Announced for Susan G. Komen Run/Walk

Hundreds of runners will take to the streets this Sunday, September 27, for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure— with a course running through downtown Toledo.

Road closures will begin at 5 a.m. along the race route, with additional closures beginning at 8 a.m.

The race begins at 9:30 a.m. at Summit St. and Monroe St. and finishes at Hensville on Washington Street.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan extra travel time and use alternate routes where possible.

Downtown Road Closures – 8 a.m.

• Streets closed at Erie St.
  Newton
  Lafayette
  Washington
  Monroe
  Jefferson
  Madison
  Adams
• High Level Bridge closes at 9 a.m.

Race Route Closures

Race route streets will close on a rolling basis between Sunday at 9 and noon. Spectators are welcome along the course.
