Juneteenth is a day of celebrations and reflections that recognize the 19th of June as the day of emancipation of enslaved people in Texas. It is also a time for reflection, rejoicing, assessment, self-improvement, and planning the future.

4th Annual Juneteenth Parade and Ceremony
Join us for the fourth annual Juneteenth Parade. Then, attend the resource fair at Promenade Park at the end of the parade route.

Starting at Uptown Green off 20th St., down Adams St., right on Summit St., ending at Promenade Park.

Come out and celebrate freedom at Toledo’s only Juneteenth run/walk. Hosted for the 4th year by the Toledo Roadrunners Club, join them for a free kids 1k and stay for the 2.5 run/walk at Glass City Metropark.
