Register a team

Either sign up as an individual or in a team of 4- 5 COT employees and work together to decorate one door in your space.

Decorate a door

• All decorated doors must be work-appropriate
• Do not use any materials that could damage the door and or any COT property
• Decorated doors must be on display at one of the participating COT locations

Note: Doors that do not follow these guidelines will be disqualified.

Door decorating will take place the week of March 9.

Submit your decorated door by March 13

• Submit your decorated door no later than 5 p.m. on March 13 to eec@toledo.oh.gov

Voting period is March 13-16

• Employees will vote via the City of Toledo Employee Facebook page
• One vote per person

Winner announced March 17

• One prize will be given out to the door with the most votes.
