Visit toledo.oh.gov/permits and click the link to register a new account.

Accept the terms and conditions

Read the disclaimer and check the box to continue.

Fill out the form

Fill out the login information section with your information, then press add new.

Add a contact

To add a new contact, select either individual or organization from the dropdown, then press continue.

Fill out the form with your contact information, then press continue.

When you've successfully added a new contact, press continue registration.

Return to home

Success! Your new account has been created. Return to the home tab to login with your new username and password.
