The Toledo Police Department is hosting a public meeting to present the outcomes of BLASER (BUMA-Lawrence Area Safety Enforcement Response). This program focused on responding to city code violations that decrease the value of our neighborhoods. Officers used multiple tactics to increase the quality of life:
- Neighborhood clean-ups
- Towing abandoned vehichles
- Vehichles in grass and on sidewalks
- Firearm sweeps
- Narcatic sweep
Engage Toledo and other city departments will be in attendence to answer questions.
