John Hobbs III

Council Member, District 1

Councilman John Hobbs III was elected as the District 1 City Council Member in November 2023. He serves as Chair of the Public Safety & Criminal Justice Reform Committee and Vice Chair of Regional Growth, Development & Small Business Enterprise Committee. Councilman Hobbs III is also a member of the Parks, Education, Recreation & Health Committee, the Finance, Debt & Budget Oversight Committee, and the Zoning & Planning Committee. Councilman Hobbs also is a member of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC).
