Reconstruction of Secor from Central to Kenwood

The City aims to improve safety, increase multi-modal mobility, provide tree canopy, and add aesthetic improvements that create a true neighborhood corridor for everyone.

This project will move forward with a traditional intersection with a u-turn instead of the proposed roundabout.

Project Outcomes

  1. Median eliminates left turns out of Westgate.
  2. Pedestrian infrastructure improves safety for neighbors to bike, walk, or roll.
  3. Improves current road condition.
  4. Increases tree canopy.
  5. Improves aesthetics to create a neighborhood feel.
