Before we begin the road reconstruction, we are moving and replacing approximately 2,828 feet of 8 in. diameter waterline between Tremainsville Rd. and Alexis Rd. as well as Herst Rd. from Alexis Rd. to E. Sullivan Dr. This part of the project begins in late February and will exend to early May 2025.
We anticipate beginning the reconstruction of the road and the parking lot in early spring.
Project Overview
The City is working with Washington Local Schools to shift the location of Whitmer Dr. and the parking lot. Whitmer Dr. will move west and the parking lot will move east. The intersections at Tremainsville and Alexis will also relocate, and the intersection at Alexis will have Herst as part of the intersection.
