Project Overview
Phase I - 2026
The City will reconstruct Summit from Galena to New York Ave. We are reducing the road to three lanes – one each direction and a center left turn lane. We will add bumpout parking for residents, and a side path through Jamie Farr Park that becomes a cycle track to New York Ave.
Phase II - 2027
The City will continue the cycle track to connect with the path on Manhattan, and add a new waterline.
