A certificate of zoning confirms that a building or land will be used only for the purpose described in the application and that the use complies with the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Toledo.

What it allows you to do:

  • Verify that your project or property use is legally permitted by zoning
  • Demonstrate zoning compliance for new construction, additions, or site features
  • Ensure your project meets City of Toledo land use regulations
