Join us for an exciting pop-up walking event at Close Park!

As part of the 2024 Let's Get Moving Walking Program, we're hosting pop-up walks throughout Toledo to generate excitement. Join us at Close Park for a scenic up to 3-mile walk around the park and Bowman Chessie Trail. Our esteemed health partners, Mercy Health, will be present to conduct health screenings from their mobile vans. Throughout the walk, we'll discuss the various health services provided by the Toledo Lucas County Health Department, as well as Mercy's Diabetes and Chronic Diseases Education and Empowerment Class.
