Basketball Tournament Details
Register to play
Arrive early on July 6
The tournament begins at 11:30 a.m. All players should arrive no later than 11:15 a.m.
Sign release of liability form
Each player must sign a release of liability form to play. If the team member needs a wheelchair, one will be provided.
Play!
The winning teams from the tournament will play to compete in the Adaptive Sports Ohio All-Star Game.
All players will receive a food truck voucher, water, and an event T-shirt.

We are looking for volunteers to help run the wheelchair basketball tournament by signing in teams, score keeping, and timing of each game.
