News Conference, 9:45 a.m. Friday, April 13 on Anthony Wayne Bridge lighting

Susan Reams, a longtime local arts advocate and former chairwoman of the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo, successfully raised money to install programmable light-emitting diode arrays on the Anthony Wayne Bridge. Ms. Reams spearheaded the original lighting project for the bridge nearly three decades ago.

Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz will announce her success, honor Ms. Reams, present a check to ODOT for the lighting project, and thank donors during a news conference beginning at 9:45 a.m., Friday, April 13, in the mayor’s office on the 22nd floor of One Government Center. An artist’s rendering will be available.
