Final Toledo Recovery Plan Public Meeting Tomorrow

Monday, August 30, 2021

The final public meeting to solicit input from Toledoans on how to direct the city’s $180.9 million American Rescue Plan Act funding will be 6 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 31 at Scott High School, 2400 Collingwood Blvd.

The local program for the federal funding has been named the “Toledo Recovery Plan.” There have been five previous public meetings.

“I want to thank the thousands of Toledoans who provided their thoughts on the Toledo Recovery Plan,” Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz said. “Our citywide meetings and survey are nearly over, and the Toledo Recovery Plan Task Force will present the results of this effort at an upcoming Toledo City Council hearing. I urge all Toledoans to complete the survey posted at toledo.oh.gov/recovery. We will post more details publicly in the near future.”

The public may also email ideas to recovery@toledo.oh.gov. The survey and email will close at 7 p.m., Aug. 31.
